Two things immediately strike me when listening to this clown on the floor of the House of Representatives. First, isn't it amazing that a liberal like Polis can claim states' rights when it comes to smoking dope, but when a state passes a law that pertains to, say, the definition of marriage, he and his ilk sway and swoon. Secondly, I don't know what he's smoking, but I've never seen someone in Louisiana trying to light up a "crayfish".
Go back to Colorado and pick up on the doobie dude..............
